Hi, I’m Dana, the barista behind Prologue Coffee.

My love for coffee began when I started working in coffee at 16. What started as a part-time job quickly became something much more meaningful. I fell in love with the craft, the ritual, and most of all, the way coffee has a way of bringing people together.

Over the years, I’ve found that some of the best moments happen around a cup of coffee — catching up with a friend, celebrating something special, meeting someone new, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself.

And then there are books.

I’ve always loved getting lost in a good story, which is where the idea for Prologue Coffee began. I wanted to bring together two things I love most: coffee and books.

Prologue is a mobile coffee cart created for celebrations, gatherings, and the little moments worth remembering. Our drinks are inspired by stories, characters, and the feeling of opening a new book for the very first time.

Whether we’re serving espresso at a wedding, creating a custom menu for a private event, or setting up at a gathering with friends, my hope is that Prologue feels like more than just a coffee cart.

It’s an invitation to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment — with a really good cup of coffee in hand.
